Billing questions
Who processes payments?
Polar, a merchant of record. They handle cards, VAT and sales tax, invoices and refunds. Vivere never sees your card details.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the emails Polar sends you. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free with all monitors intact (paused beyond the free limit).
Do you offer discounts?
Open-source projects and non-profits get Pro free. Write to hello@vivere.dev.
