Billing questions
Who processes payments?
Polar, a merchant of record. They handle cards, VAT and sales tax, invoices and refunds. Vivere never sees your card details.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free. Your monitors are not deleted: they keep running and keep alerting.
Do you offer discounts?
Open-source projects and non-profits get Pro free. Write to hello@vivere.dev.
